I have an appointment scheduled at ACENT, do I have to start all over?

NO! Drs. Schaffer and Kokesh along with Lora Fowler, AuD have moved to Resound ENT.

Your appointment will be at the same time and with the same doctor, just at their new location.

I have a question regarding my bill with ACENT. Who do I call now?

ACENT's billing team is still hard at work. You can call our main line at (907) 279-8800 and listen for the billing prompt, or call them directly at (208) 908-7220.

Will Resound still take my insurance?

YES! Resound will still accept your insurance. Resound is working on credentialling with all the same payors ACENT accepted, including government payors such as TriCare, VA, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you haven’t received a call from Resound, you’re good to go for your appointment.

How do I access my patient record from ACENT?

Resound will be the custodian of record for ACENT’s patient records. Please call (907) 348-2800 and they'll be able to help.

I bought Hearing Aids from ACENT, did I just lose my warranty?

No! Resound ENT and has graciously agreed to honor all hearing aid service plans and warranties for ACENT patients.
